Meet Sanjit
Hi, I’m so happy you are here. Welcome!
Like you, I wear many hats. I am an entrepreneur, wife, mother, daughter, sister, a "good Indian girl" and the "bad Indian girl" - all at the same time. Over time, I learned the pressure of holding it all together can feel impossible.
When I first reached out for therapy, I needed something different. Sitting across from just anyone wasn't going to work. I needed someone who understood what it meant to live between multiple cultures, dealing with immigrant parents, managing family expectations, moving between languages and still finding time to become successful.
I became a counsellor to be a support to those that walk a similar path. My focus is on working with People of Color - South Asian, Asian, Brown, Black, Indian individuals, navigating the pressures of living in this world.
With over 20 years of combined experience working in mental health, career support and clinical counselling, I offer structured and practical approaches to help you process difficult experiences safely, and gain clarity and confidence in your life.
I believe in therapy that doesn’t just help you cope — but creates real, lasting change.
