Here is my story...

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with BCACC and hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. I offer individual counselling for adolescents and adults, with my work grounded in a relational, culturally aware and trauma-informed approach that values safety, collaboration, and respect.

As a first-generation South Asian, Punjabi speaking woman, I bring lived understanding of how cultural values, intergenerational dynamics, and identity can shape emotional wellbeing. I specialize in bringing an intersectional lens to my practice, recognizing the ways identity, culture, and lived experience shape how we understand ourselves and the challenges we face.

My approach integrates storytelling, mindfulness, and somatic therapies. I am here to help clients better understand their experiences, create emotional awareness and stability and reconnect with their bodies.

Books Anyone?

When I’m not in session, I love getting lost in a good book. I’m drawn to stories by artistic authors and enjoy a range of genres, including drama, thrillers, romantasy, memoirs and biographies, and romance. Reading helps me slow down, stay curious, and connect with different perspectives. Check out my favourite books of 2025 below:
